GrantSnap
What is GrantSnap?
2026-09-13 · Guide
GrantSnap is an AI grant-application tool for startup founders, researchers, and NGOs. It finds live grants, fellowships, and accelerators (300+ sources, 35+ countries, as of August 2026), drafts answers from your profile, and fills funder forms in Chrome. You review every answer before submission.
The short version
You browse funding on grantsnap.pro. You build a profile once. When a form is open in Chrome, GrantSnap drafts answers into the fields. You edit them. You submit. The dashboard keeps the pipeline so the next form is not a blank page.
Who it is for
Startup founders applying to grants, accelerators, and other non-dilutive programmes. Researchers, professors, and students applying to fellowships and research calls. NGO operators applying to foundation and public grants. Anyone filling a structured funder form in Chrome can use it.
If you apply in another browser, or you only want a static list of “top grants” with no apply step, this is not the tool.
What “AI” means here
The model sees the questions on the page you opened and the profile you already stored. It drafts text. It does not decide if you are eligible. It does not know the funder’s unpublished scoring rubric. It can be wrong, especially on numbers, dates, and legal names. That is why the review step is not optional in our design.
Accuracy tracks how complete and current your profile is, which is why we do not quote a single accuracy percentage.
How this is different from a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet can track deadlines. GrantSnap also fills the next form from the same facts. A newsletter can dump 40 links. Ours is filtered to the questionnaire you answered. A generic chatbot can write a grant essay. It cannot see the live form labels in Chrome or write into those fields.
Where to go next
Create an account at /login. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Or subscribe to the newsletter at /newsletter without creating an account. The About page covers the Startup911 catalog relationship and how to reach us.
