GrantSnap
What GrantSnap does
2026-09-13 · Guide
GrantSnap does four jobs on one site. It shows live funding. It stores a profile and documents so you are not rewriting the same biography for every form. It drafts answers and fills the funder page in Chrome. It can also email a matched shortlist twice a month. None of those jobs includes clicking the funder’s submit button for you.
That last point is the product boundary. We draft. You read. You send.
Find live funding
The homepage table on grantsnap.pro is public. You can filter by type (grant, fellowship, accelerator, scholarship, competition, VC), sector, and region without an account. Opening a row shows the summary we have and the funder’s own apply link. Saving a programme to a pipeline is what requires a login.
Those listings are sourced from Startup911, our catalog partner. As of August 2026 the public catalog watches 300+ sources across 35+ countries. The newsletter that used to live on the partner site now lives on GrantSnap at /newsletter.
Draft from a profile you already have
Onboarding asks for the facts funders already expect: legal name, what you do, location, stage, team, and the documents you reuse (pitch deck, budget, bios). GrantSnap stores that corpus on its servers so the dashboard and the Chrome extension stay in sync. We do not claim that processing happens only in the browser. The privacy policy is explicit about that.
A thin profile produces thin drafts. If the form asks for a 200-word organisational history and you never wrote one, the model will guess. If you uploaded it, the draft can quote you.
Fill the funder form in Chrome
The GrantSnap Chrome extension reads the visible labels and questions on the application page you have open — not the rest of your browser. It sends those questions to your account, matches them to the profile, and writes drafts into the fields. Other browsers are not supported yet.
You change anything that is incomplete or off-tone. When you are satisfied, you submit with the funder’s own button.
Get a matched list instead of a dump
The newsletter is not “every open call this week.” You answer a short questionnaire (role, opportunity types, regions, focus). Free is two matched emails a month and does not need a card. Pro is $8/month and adds deadline emails, WhatsApp when a highly relevant opportunity lands, and a $10 credit toward GrantSnap apply tools.
What GrantSnap does not do
We do not guarantee funding. We do not replace the funder’s rules. We do not submit on your behalf. Draft quality depends on how complete your profile is, and you are responsible for the text you send.
GrantSnap operates from Himachal Pradesh, India. Support is RealStartup911@gmail.com. Plans and current prices are on /pricing. You can create an account for free and upgrade when you apply at volume.
