How to use GrantSnap: catalog, profile, apply

Most people bounce between “find something” and “fill something” in the wrong order. They open a form with an empty profile, get a generic draft, and decide the tool does not work. Use the three surfaces in this order instead.

1. Browse funding on grantsnap.pro

The homepage table is public. Filter by type, sector, and region. Open a row. Read our summary, then open the funder’s page. Saving to a pipeline needs an account. If nothing in the table matches, the newsletter questionnaire is a better filter than scrolling.

2. Build the profile before you need a draft

Create an account at /login and finish onboarding. Upload the deck and budget you already have. Write the 150-word “what we do” you reuse. That hour is the difference between autofill and lorem ipsum. You can start applying the same day. You should not start applying in the first five minutes.

3. Apply from Chrome, then review

Install the extension. Open the live form. Fill. Read every field. Submit with the funder’s button. Mark the status in the dashboard so the next deadline is not a surprise and the next form can reuse the same answers.

A realistic first week

Day one: account, profile, one upload. Day two: pick two live programmes you are actually eligible for — eligibility first, not prize size. Day three: fill one form in Chrome and time the review pass. If the review pass takes longer than writing from scratch, the profile is still thin. Fix the profile, do not blame the model.
